How to use the Carbamide Peroxide Teeth Whitening Pen? Brush your teeth. Pull off the teeth whitening pen cap and twist the bottom of the whitening pen counter clockwise to move the whitening gel to the tip of the pen. Paint the whitening gel evenly onto the front surface of your front upper and lower teeth.
