With so much going on all the time it can be easy as a mother to forget to take care of yourself. As you skip certain things like showers and makeup, sometimes even a teeth brushing. Eventually if you don’t hold yourself a little accountable you are waking up every day perfectly happy with being frumpy. Now I am not saying that you need to look beautiful everyday but don’t let yourself go to the point that you feel depressed about it. An easy way that I help keep myself out of the frumpy mom life is to make it a point to shower every day. The next is to put on comfortable nice clothes, ditch the holey favorite tees and worn out shorts. The last thing I do is weekly whiten my teeth.

First when you get your kit you have to shape your mouth piece by boiling water. Then you place one of the mouthpieces into the hot water for 3-5 sec. and put it directly into your mouth. Pushing it up into your teeth while sucking out the air allowing the tray to take on the shape of your mouth. Then you repeat for the other piece.

There are other kits that include LED lights, remineralizing gels and more, so how much you do is really up to you. You can stay simple with the basic kit or you can go more in depth with a fuller kit – either way you’re going to love the finished results.
Once you have set your mouth pieces done you brush your teeth and floss, then follow up with the White Teeth Global. You take the syringes and fill the mouth trays then let them sit for 20-30 minutes. Making sure not to get the gel on your gums, if it does – wipe it off right away. After your time is up you remove the trays, brush your teeth again to remove the remaining gel and rinse your teeth thoroughly with a q-tip. When you’re done you just store away your mouth trays in the holder in a drawer until the next time you use. The only downside is that my camera will not show the difference in my teeth but it most certainly is a very noticeable difference from the first use and the more you whiten the bigger that difference becomes.
