It provided multiple ways to whiten my teeth and I found that for me personally, some worked better than others. I ended up really liking the LED light to boost the effectiveness of the whitening solution. As a mom of 4, I don’t have a lot of time to hold something in my mouth without being able to talk. With the LED light, I couldbraggingmom4 spend less time whitening so I could interact with my kids. Let’s face it…the kids always need mom when mom is ‘not available’ :). I also found the 2-Step Whitening Foam System super easy to use because it is as simple as brushing my teeth!
This kit actually came with a higher percentage carbamide peroxide gel than I could even get from my dentist husband. He braggingmom5typically gives out a 25% solution and the White Teeth Global Super Kit came with a 35% solution. I don’t have any sensitivity with the peroxide unless it gets on my gums or palate. I apply the peroxide by carefully brushing it onto my teeth with a Q-tip.
Then I simply put in the LED light and wait. Instructions say to use the trays along with the LED light, but I couldn’t figure out a way to fit both items into my mouth…so I use it without the trays and for me, that works. I usually whiten while I put on my make-up (I like to consider myself a multi-tasker) so it doesn’t interfere with the rest of my day. I’ll continue to use the White Teeth Global Teeth Whitening Kit to keep my teeth pearly white!
